Step into a remote Support Chat Analyst position where you’ll take charge of customer interactions through live messaging channels. Your day-to-day work will focus on identifying customer concerns, crafting practical responses, and driving continuous enhancement of our customer care experience. Roles: Your responsibilities include monitoring and responding to incoming chat conversations across client websites and social platforms.
