As a Website Chat Support Agent, you’ll serve as the initial touchpoint for site visitors, delivering immediate help and guidance through live messaging channels. This position demands strong critical thinking abilities and a talent for delivering courteous, prompt responses. Those with a passion for customer interactions will thrive here, as you’ll directly influence how visitors perceive the brand and successfully guide them through product exploration and purchasing decisions.

Roles: Your day-to-day responsibilities involve responding to real-time chat conversations across multiple web properties and messaging platforms. You will address visitor concerns, share relevant product information and purchasing options, and communicate special offers directly within conversations.

Rate: $35 hourly.

Requirements: A computer, smartphone, or portable device paired with dependable broadband access is essential. Competent written communication in English is required to complete the duties successfully.

Skills/background needed: This opportunity welcomes newcomers with no experience required. Comprehensive onboarding and instruction are included as part of the role, eliminating the need for previous customer service chat background.

Location: Fully remote, available globally, with priority consideration for applicants in North America.
