Seasonal Customer Service Coordinator (WFH, No Experience)

We’re hiring for a Seasonal Customer Service Coordinator role perfect for the busy season ahead. This remote position welcomes newcomers with no background required and offers a fantastic opportunity to develop customer service expertise while working in a high-volume environment. You’ll be handling customer conversations, responding to requests, and delivering excellent service experiences throughout peak selling periods.

Roles: Your day-to-day work involves responding to live chat conversations on client websites and their social channels. You’ll address customer questions, share relevant product information and links, and communicate special offers and deals through messaging platforms.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, phone, or tablet is essential, along with a strong internet connection. You’ll also need solid written English communication abilities to complete the work successfully.

Skills/background needed: This role is designed for entry-level candidates. We provide comprehensive training for all team members, so previous live chat experience is not required.
