Position Details:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Connect with customers through live chat, messaging systems, and phone support to understand what they’re looking for and guide their purchasing decisions.
- Master our product lineup so you can confidently recommend solutions and identify opportunities to suggest complementary offerings.
- Work alongside our sales department to identify qualified prospects and complete transactions through meaningful customer conversations.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism, turning issues into opportunities to strengthen relationships.
- Document all customer interactions and information carefully in our database systems.
- Engage in regular coaching sessions designed to sharpen your abilities and expand your product knowledge.
