Become a Remote User Support Chat Operator and serve as the primary contact for customers seeking help and guidance. You’ll engage with chat platforms to deliver helpful answers and solutions, enabling customers to make the most of their digital tools and software. Roles: Your responsibilities will include responding to real-time chat conversations across company websites and social platforms. You will field customer inquiries, share relevant product information and links, and communicate special offers directly within the chat interface.

Rate: $35 hourly.

Requirements: A working computer, smartphone, or tablet paired with stable internet access is required. Competent written English communication is essential for completing daily tasks.

Skills/background needed: This position welcomes candidates at all experience levels. Comprehensive onboarding and training are included, so previous customer support or chat experience is not required.
