Your day-to-day activities include responding to customer inquiries, sharing relevant product information and purchasing options, and communicating special offers or deals through the chat interface.
Rate: Compensation is $35 hourly.
Requirements: A functional device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet paired with consistent internet access is essential. Proficiency in basic written English is required to complete the responsibilities successfully.
Skills/background needed: No experience necessary for this beginner-appropriate position. Comprehensive onboarding and training are included, meaning prior background in live chat support is not required.
Location: Work from anywhere globally, with a preference for candidates in the United States.
