Remote Chat Technician – Customer Assistance

Become a Remote Chat Technician and deliver technical guidance through real-time chat conversations. You’ll spend your days resolving customer concerns, delivering practical answers, and making sure people can confidently use what they’ve purchased. If you love technology and have strong analytical thinking, this remote position lets you boost customer happiness while staying in your home office.

Roles: Your day-to-day work involves responding to live chat inquiries on company websites and across social channels. You’ll respond to customer questions, share relevant product details and purchasing links, and communicate special offers directly through conversations.

Rate: $35 hourly.

Requirements: A computer, smartphone, or tablet paired with consistent internet access is essential. You’ll also need solid written English abilities to succeed in this position.

Skills/background needed: This position welcomes newcomers. Comprehensive onboarding is included, meaning previous customer chat experience is not a prerequisite.

Location: Fully remote globally, with preference for candidates in the United States.
