In this role, you’ll be the first contact customers reach when they need help, working to solve problems quickly and maintain their satisfaction. Your responses will directly impact how customers view our company, and you’ll have the flexibility to work from your home office.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality live chat assistance throughout night hours as our customer-facing representative.
- Uphold professional standards and work efficiency in every customer conversation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner using the tools and knowledge you’ll receive.
