You will address customer questions, share product information and purchasing options, and promote current offers and special pricing through direct messaging channels.
Rate: Compensation is $35 per hour.
Requirements: You must own a computer, smartphone, or tablet connected to a stable internet connection. Proficiency in basic written English is essential for completing the duties of this role.
Skills/background needed: This position is designed for entry-level candidates. Comprehensive training will be offered during onboarding, making prior experience with live chat support completely optional.
Location: Work from anywhere globally, with preference given to candidates based in the United States.
