Are you passionate about mobile technology? We’re seeking a detail-oriented Mobile Application Tester to help ensure apps function flawlessly across multiple platforms. In this position, you’ll install applications on your device, thoroughly examine their features, and deliver valuable insights to our development team. We need someone who enjoys troubleshooting, thinks critically about user experience, and takes pride in catching what others might miss. This is your opportunity to shape polished, consumer-ready applications while working on diverse and engaging projects.
Roles: Your day-to-day responsibilities involve installing apps on your mobile device, navigating through their features systematically, and sharing constructive observations. You’ll conduct comprehensive functionality assessments and compose detailed reports documenting your findings, including any glitches or performance issues encountered during testing.
Requirements: You must have access to one or more of these devices: iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphone, or Android Tablet.
Contract length: This is an open-ended contract with no predetermined expiration date, giving you complete control over your availability and schedule.
Rate: Compensation starts at $35 per hour and can increase depending on app complexity and the caliber of your analysis.
Skills/background needed:
- Own a smartphone or tablet capable of downloading and using multiple applications.
- Comfortable working autonomously without constant oversight.
- Demonstrates ability to adhere to specific protocols and procedural guidelines.
- Able to commit at least 5 hours weekly to this work.
- Must maintain consistent, stable internet access.
Hours per week: Scheduling is entirely up to you, work whenever fits your personal circumstances.
Location: Work from anywhere globally, though applicants based in the United States are especially welcome.
