In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries through multiple channels, troubleshoot problems, and deliver knowledgeable responses that build trust and loyalty.

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer questions via email and live chat, addressing concerns and sharing relevant product information.
  • Craft thoughtful, articulate messages that address each customer’s unique situation with clarity and compassion.
  • Stay current with product details, service standards, and support procedures to ensure consistent and accurate assistance.
  • Work alongside team members to identify solutions and refine approaches that enhance overall customer happiness.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers in a meaningful way through text.
  • Resourceful mindset with a focus on identifying practical solutions and improving customer interactions.
