Excel in sales without picking up the phone as a Digital Chat Sales Representative. You’ll spend your day connecting with interested buyers through text-based conversations, learning what they’re looking for, and walking them through each step of their purchase. Roles: Your day-to-day includes responding to live chat conversations across company websites and social platforms. You’ll respond to customer inquiries, share relevant product information and purchase links, and promote special offers and deals using the chat interface.

Rate: $35 hourly.
