Roles: This position centers on responding to incoming messages across social channels and company chat platforms. Your responsibilities include addressing customer questions, sharing product information and purchase links, and communicating special offers and discount codes through messaging interfaces.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Requirements: You’ll need access to a desktop computer, smartphone, or tablet paired with stable internet connectivity. Solid English writing proficiency is essential to execute the responsibilities successfully.
Skills/background needed: This opportunity welcomes newcomers to the field. Comprehensive onboarding and instruction are included, meaning previous experience in customer chat roles is not a prerequisite.
