Roles: You’ll monitor and respond to incoming chat conversations on our digital storefronts and social channels. Your day-to-day tasks include responding to customer questions, sharing relevant product information and purchase links, and communicating available deals and special offers via the chat platform.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: A computer, smartphone, or tablet paired with high-speed internet access is essential. You’ll need competent English composition abilities to succeed in this communicative role.
Skills/background needed: No experience required for this entry-level opportunity. We supply comprehensive onboarding and training, so prior customer chat experience is not a prerequisite.
