Roles: Your daily responsibilities include monitoring and responding to live chat inquiries on business websites and social platforms. You will address customer questions, share relevant product information and links, communicate special offers and incentives via chat interface, and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: You must have access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet with stable internet connectivity. Competent written English communication is essential for successfully completing this work.
Skills/background needed: No experience required, this position welcomes newcomers. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success, regardless of whether you’ve done live chat support work previously.
Location: Fully remote, available to workers globally, with preference for candidates in the United States.
