Requirements:

  • Prior experience is not required, we provide full onboarding and skill development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication paired with genuine listening ability and customer empathy.
  • Capable of analyzing problems, thinking critically, and using sound judgment under pressure.
  • Remote position, preferably staffed by United States-based candidates, though international applicants are considered.
  • Self-motivated mindset with genuine interest in customer outcomes and your own professional advancement.
