Roles: Your responsibilities will include monitoring and responding to chat conversations across company websites and various social platforms. You’ll address customer concerns, share relevant product URLs and resources, and communicate current deals and special offers through the chat interface.
Rate: $35 hourly compensation.
Requirements: You’ll need access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet equipped with stable internet connectivity. Competent written communication in English is essential for excelling in this position.
Skills/background needed: This role welcomes newcomers with no experience required. Structured training is included as part of the onboarding process, so prior background in customer chat support is not a prerequisite.
Location: Work from anywhere globally, with preference given to applicants based in the United States.
