Roles: Your day-to-day involves responding to customer conversations through live chat on our client websites and social channels. You’ll address customer questions, share relevant product information, send special offers, and facilitate transactions all within the chat interface.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Requirements: A working computer, smartphone, or tablet is essential. You’ll also need a strong internet connection and solid English writing abilities to communicate clearly with customers.
Skills/background needed: We welcome candidates at any experience level. Comprehensive training will equip you with everything you need, so previous customer support or chat agent experience isn’t required.
Location: Fully remote, available globally, with preference for applicants based in the United States.
