Roles: You’ll monitor and respond to incoming live chat conversations on client websites and social platforms. Your day-to-day work includes responding to customer inquiries, sharing product information and purchase links, and communicating available special offers and savings codes through the chat interface.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet is required, along with a stable internet connection. Competent written English is essential for communicating effectively with customers.
Skills/background needed: This position welcomes candidates with no prior experience. Comprehensive onboarding and training are included, making previous live chat experience unnecessary.
Location: Remote, open to applicants worldwide, with preference for candidates based in the United States.
