Customer Service Assistant – Live Chat (No Experience)

Kick off an exciting path in customer support through our Live Chat Customer Service Assistant opportunity. You don’t need any background experience to land this role, since we’ll walk you through everything during onboarding. Your days will involve helping customers by responding to their messages, tackling problems, and making their interactions smoother all via live chat. Working from home, this position suits anyone eager to build solid customer service expertise in a modern, tech-enabled setting.

Roles: Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and replying to live chat conversations across company websites and social platforms. You’ll respond to customer questions, share product information and purchasing options, communicate special offers and deals, and guide customers through their inquiries in real time.

Rate: Compensation is $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, or tablet is required. You’ll also need steady internet access and competence in written English communication to excel at this work.
