Roles: Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and responding to live chat inquiries on company websites and social platforms. You will address customer questions, share relevant product information and purchasing links, and communicate current offers and special deals through the chat interface.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet is required, along with consistent, dependable internet access. Solid written English communication abilities are essential to succeed in this capacity.
Skills/background needed: This role welcomes beginners at all levels. Comprehensive onboarding and training are included, so previous experience with live chat support is not required.
Location: Available globally for remote positions, with preference for applicants in the United States.
